FatB's first retro-blog to remind me of a cool thing that happened on Saturday last, Aug 20th. Attended Adam Buxton's 'I, Pavel' at the Pleasance, Bunty's doing the PR for him. First laughter pains behind my ears hit me early on...10 mins in. A funny funny character piece, interspersed with genius film clips a la 'Adam & Joe Show'. Pokemon, Star Trek TNG & Pope JPII's funeral all enhanced by Pavel's 'art'. ComedyB was dead right about how much I'd enjoy it.
The REALLY cool thing was that ComedyB & FatB got to chat with the man himself, and his wife. Turns out, right....he's a lovely bloke. He has almost as many disparaging stories about Mark Lamarr as the bro' and he promised to get us DVD copies of the material from the show. Nice.

So, if you're FatB, and there's ComedyB, and CecilB, what does that make me? ShopB? BookB? LadyB?
